Tianshui Metalforming Machine Tool Co.,Ltd. is located in Maiji district, Tianshui City, Gansu province —— Chinese history cultural famous city, which is also named as “XI HUANG EMPEROR HOME TOWN” . Since 1966, Tianshui Metalforming Machine Tool Co.,Ltd., as the Chinese national large second class enterprise and the manufacturer of making the most varieties and specifications of swing (guillotine) shear、press brakes、straightening、punching & press machines in the same line in China, has always been manufacturing and distributing first-class heavy-duty and middle metal forming machine tools. We mainly research and develop swing (guillotine) shear、press brakes、press and other metal forming machines, especially width working table guillotine shear and heavy duty press brakes. The products have 5 categories: swing (guillotine) shear、press brake、press machine、large diameter longitudinal seam welding pipe plants and metal construction parts, 20 series, more than 180 specifications. In order to meet Chinese west-east oil pipe line establishment equirements, we exclusively develop the large diameter longitudinal seam & spiral welding pipe plants of longitudinal seam & spiral welding pipe: Probe machine、Edge milling machine、Edge crimping presses、forming machine、Tack-welding stands、Internal and External welding stands、Expander、Hydrostatic pipe testers、Chamfering machines and Ends expander for spiral welding pipe. All products is registered with “TSD” trade mark. More 600 sets of annual products production capacity and more USD22,000,000 of annual value of output are available. The enterprise has 1000 employees. Among them, the high & middle engineers is 180. The total area is 288,700 square meters, among them, total construction area is 51,200 square meters. It possesses 320 sets of manufacturing equipment, among them, heavy-duty & precision processing equipment are more 30 sets, the processing capacity is at the advanced level in China. Research and develop department including: Electrical-hydraulic design、press brake design、swing (guillotine) shear design、press design、CAD/CAE、cold process technology & complex process technology design. Three dimensions of CAD/CAE & PCCAD design is totally used. The optimization design、limitative analysis、three dimensions of dynamic fictitious assembly、imitation & personal design service are available. The machines designed have the good rigidity、high precision、reliable performance & long life. Recent history: In 1991, “300 hours of machine reliable testing” organized by Chinese ministry of machine building industry was reached. In 1993, The enterprise obtained the self-sale right of import & export business and had been an national export-base in the field of machinery and electronics. The products have been exported to more 40 countries and regions, including Western Europe、American、South－East Asia、Middle east & Australia. The accumulating export products have already reached more 1500 sets. In 1995, the new workshop buildings and great technology reform were finished. In 1997, the pre-vice premier Mr.Zou Jia-hua visited the factory. In 1997, it passed through the ISO9001:certification. In 1997, CNC 800 tons/14000mm of press brake won “national major new products prize”. In 1998, 2000 tons、3000 tons/14000mm of pipe-making press won “new products、new technology prize” and “science technology progressive prize” of Gansu Province government. In 2001, “large diameter longitudinal seam welding pipe plants and manufacture” industrialization example engineering project was accepted and awarded the medal by Chinese government at the People’s Great Hall in Beijing by Chinese government In Dec.,2002, “Tianshui Metalforming Machine Tool Works” was reformed as “Tianshui Metalforming Machine Tool Co.,Ltd.” In 2002, our research and develop department was approved as the research and develop department of Gansu Province. In 2002, W67Y series press brake with “TSD” trade mark won “famous mark products of Gansu Province”. In 2003, ends expander developed won “national major new products prize”, and was applied as “practical new pattern patent”. In 2003, 8mm thickness×8000mm length of swing shear developed won “national major new products prize” and “second class of science technology progressive prize of Gansu Province”. In 2003, General engineer Mr.Liao Shi An won “only science expert of Gansu Province in 2002” by Gansu Province government. In 2004, CNC guillotine shear centre model RD-QC11K-14mm(thickness)×12000mm(length) owned full self-knowledge property was appraised as the “science achievements & new products prize of Gansu Province”. In 2004, QC12Y series swing shear with “TSD” trade mark won “famous mark products of Gansu Province government”. In 2005, CNC guillotine shear centre model RD-QC11K-14mm (thickness)×12000mm (length) was set to “Chinese national hi-tech research development plan (863 plan)” In 2005, the enterprise was given the title of “the technology creation example enterprise” by Tianshui city government. We are one of “manufacturers of quality assurance promise in 1995” of the former Chinese ministry of machine building industry. Perfect before-sale、middle-sale & after-sale-service are available.
